Kit worked fine. One thing I discovered is the left hand headlight motor needed to be removed from the housing in order for the new gear to slide into it's proper position. Maybe there's a way to do it different but I needed to hold back the motor brushes to get the motor back into place. Otherwise, everything worked great.

Fit 1987 Pontiac Firebird GTA. I did not use the gears, but I will save them in case I need them. The plastic dowels is all you will ever need. Lithium grease and motor gaskets would have been better to have than the gears. Overall I am happy. I reused my old gear even though the new gear was a perfect match.
