If you purchase & wear daily (as I do) you will need to coat the pendant (only) in a layer of some type of protective cover or coating because product does tarnish over time. I coat the pendant in nail polish to help it maintain its gloss and shine. Avoid water & moisture. Nothing to do with the seller. It's just the way this particular pendant is made.
