I received a bad solenoid pack and it has given me more codes than what I started with, my truck can no longer use 3rd and 4th gear, I tried to talk to the seller but they were being difficult to work with and is no longer responding when I showed them a master technician saying I most likely received a bad solenoid pack as well. Have to get a new solenoid from a different seller

We're sorry to hear you have had difficulty. The solenoid pack wasn't bad but when being used to replace a pre 2004 (black connector) solenoid the TRS Plate must be replaced as well. According to you VIN Number your vehicle is a 2001 and you purchased the 2004 and later version (w/o TRS Plate). If you prefer we can send you the plate. Please advise.
