Our Favorite WorkOut Dance DVD
This is a great dance instructional exercise DVD!!! It's low impact. Some may call it advanced, but whatever you got to just get to squeezing your glutes or whatever until you get strong enough to do this. You can do it all day long until you're into this level of bellydance. It's fun to dance like this at this advanced kind using your glute muscles. We really enjoy it and it keeps you in great shape. It is important to work glutes so we love it and it's fun and also low impact where the horton technique's for football players body type and much harder. Bella Lewinsky who built the Horton Technique (helped build it) even quit when she retired at 50 doing this dance - the horton technique. So we're into bellydance. Suhaila's videos are the one's we use. Also, check out Egyptian Dancers Part ... This is a great dance instructional exercise DVD!!! It's low impact. Perfect!
I love this video and actually owned it prior to buying this one, however it was damaged and would constantly skip and make loud noises. The work out in this video is challenging and fun and the instructor is very friendly and easy to follow.

fitness fusion
I've only done part of the workout so far due to illness, but from what I've seen, it's going to be a good workout. I'm taking belly dance classes and the glute shimmy is one of the moves we have to master. I would recommend it to others.
