Nasal strips, plastic things rammed up me schnozz, and lately Mute brand inserts. They work very well, but those cost $22 for a box of three, which each last 10 uses; that s appx $270 annually. No can do..Enter Megavent. These work very very well. I m so impressed I just bought 36 more boxes of three. 36 x 3 = 108 devices. That should hold me for awhile.Seller packaged carefully & sent fast. No funky cardboard odors. +++ eBayer
