Een technisch defect binnen de door de Dealstunter gestelde garantietermijn en voorwaarden, juist besteld en verkeerd geleverd, beschadigde producten/verpakking, DOA (death on arrival) zijn allemaal redenen voor de aanvraag van een RMA procedure. Wenst u gebruik te maken van deze procedure dan raden wij u aan om onderstaande bepalingen goed door te lezen en in acht te nemen ter bevordering van een spoedige afhandeling.

1. RMA formulier invullen.

Defecte producten, omruil, reparatie kan alleen geschieden na invulling van ons RMA-formulier. Alleen volledig ingevulde formulieren zullen in behandeling worden genomen.

2. Wacht op ons antwoord per e-mail.

Wij nemen uw aanvraag in behandeling en zullen er naar streven om u binnen 1 werkdag te berichten. Indien de fabrikant zelf voor de RMA afhandeling staat, krijgt u in onze e-mail contact informatie van de fabrikant. Indien uw RMA via ons verloopt, ontvangt u een RMA-nummer van ons. Met dit nummer kunt u het product terugsturen.

3. Retourneren product.

Bij de retourzending van het product dient u een kopie van de aankoopfaktuur en een kopie van het RMA formulier mee te zenden. Vermeldt tevens het RMA-nummer en het retouradres duidelijk op de doos. De producten dienen compleet, in originele verpakking inclusief handleidingen, diskettes en kabels te worden aangeleverd. Retournering dient te geschieden binnen 10 dagen na afgifte van het RMA nummer.

Overige bepalingen:

De verzendkosten voor retourzendingen zijn voor ieders eigen rekening tenzij blijkt dat het aangeboden product niet defect is of dat het defect het gevolg is van ondeskundig dan wel onzorgvuldig gebruik. In dit geval zijn wij genoodzaakt om verzendkosten alsmede onderzoekskosten in rekening te brengen. Het product zal in dit geval aan u worden geretourneerd onder rembours.
