    Thank you so much!!! I had a bluetooth speaker repaired as the charging port broke. I couldn’t find anyone locally that could solder the piece back to the unit. Have been using it everyday since. The return was lightening fast. Great service.

    I was a bit skeptical of sending electronics across the country for a repair. Cruz was great throughout this process starting with responsive communication, clean replacement of a broken charging port in a JBL Charge3, charging the unit before return, and getting it back to me very promptly.
