Fast shipping and good communication. Unfortunately, the part is aftermarket and it did not work correctly. The thickness at the forward end of the bobbin case was much less than the factory part, allowing it to become dislodged when attempting to run the machine. The seller handled the return very well. I have no problem with the seller, I just wish that the part was of better quality.
