Excellent product!
I am very pleased with the board. I was having defrost issues with my refrigerator, and replacing the defrost heater and defrost thermostat did not resolve the issue. The only part left to replace, in the defrost system, was this board -- the main control board. They are no longer in production, so I took a chance on this refurbished board, based on good reviews. Now I see why there were so many good reviews! The part resolved the issue, and my refrigerator is functioning like new, again! Thanks!I am very pleased with the board. My "value" response is based on the $170 price. It seems high. However, the story ends with: The part works but the refrigerator had other issues, i.e., needing a new compressor which the appliance repair folks installed. Unfortunately, the system has a freon restriction which apparently is not curable. Our new refrigerator will be delivered Wednesday. It worked!
The control board replaced a bad one in my refrigerator about two weeks ago. It has been working perfectly so far. I saved at least $500 vs. if I have had the refrigerator serviced by professionals.
