Waste of money. Sad.
DVD was NOT new and did not play well. It skipped, right out of the (questionable looking) packaging... or RE-packaging. It is a READ-ALONG, with captions that do not match up with the spoken words. Specifically, the Curious George read-along story had many instances of the page/picture shown not quite matching the dialogue and/or skipping. This would be frustrating and confusing for the young reader trying to "read along." The other stories that follow the one Curious George story are not very entertaining and the characters' and / or narrators' voices are obnoxious. It turns out that it is a reading of the book "Curious George Rides A Bike" - this isn't animated - just cartoon drawings. The other stories are Scholastic books - some are animated and there's one that's an actual video - but they have nothing to do with Curious George.
