We opened an inquiry with AEM immediately following the buyer's complaint. AEM's warranty department is sending a replacement pipe adapter, buyer thinks the part was left out purposely. We've been in constant communication with him on a daily basis, but buyer is unwilling to be patient while we get this resolved.

Need to use a different method of shipping items. USPS is doing a poor job of delivering item in a timely manner. 10 days to complete this transaction from Florida to Central Georgia. Not acceptable. Would not recommend. I purchased these items on 10May2024 .Best looked elsewhere if you need your items for your vehicle in a hurry.
