Das beauftrage Versandunternehmen DHL E-Commerce ist ein Desaster. Das Tracking funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Gerade bei großen, teuren Bestellungen hat man doch gerne im Blick, was da wo passiert.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer ist topp. Er hat sich gekümmert bis zum Punkt, wo er halt kann.
Ich würde empfehlen, lieber höhere Versandkosten zu berechnen, dafür aber einen guten Dienstleister verpflichten, bei dem das Tracking funktioniert. Express Versand für 20 oder 30 EURO extra ist besse
