The seller did ship the item and it was as the seller described, sadly due to shipping / UPS the server/item arrived unusable and was destroyed. I communicated with the seller multiple times, and after a week really got nowhere. I am returning the item to Ohio and seeking my refund via Ebay. The damage was not the sellers fault... the item was packed loosely in foam... it was 2 drops from good height while in UPS's care that the damage occurred... :(

    this was easy

    this is an awesome replacement i think it works better than the original.the item took no time at all to uninstall the item.the installation was just as easy. im very pleased with this product all the way around
