I thought maybe it was the wrong one for my starter, but I looked at it closely and it was correct, so OK, maybe I just mounted it incorrectly so I carefully installed the other one. It also broke right away. I purchased another from somewhere else and it works fine.

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
