Secret is the glass has to be really hot. My hair dryer didn't seem to have enough to do the job. Not the sellers fault, they did all they could to help you succeed. Highly recommend.

The processing was fast as hell, and was received quickly. The included video was helpful and tells you everything you need to know, but I would also recommend including a link for purchasing a heat gun and some alcohol to fully remove the adhesive, screwdrivers in the kit weren't the correct size for the screws in my phone but weren't necessary for repairs so it's nothing to nitpick over.
