    These SDcard interfaces for the BBC micro, et al, are a MUST HAVE for anyone with these retro Home Computers. They massively add value and utility to those old Acorn systems. This one, for the BBC Micro, and from IFEL, a name that goes back to the same era as those computers, has proved very useful, the ROM it comes with has the standard MMFS filing system for these cards. So far I have used it to backup as many as possible of my original 5.25" floppy discs. Brilliant!

    Item arrived extremely quickly and well packaged. Plugged the rom into a higher socket than my existing Acorn DFS, the sd card interface into the user port and switched on. Bingo, everything worked first time, hundreds of retro games available at the press of a Shift/Break. Great addition to my old Beeb which was recently revitalised with a full power supply re-cap with a kit supplied by the same great vendor.

    Many thanks for an easy transaction and prompt delivery. I struggled to get the MMFS software working on my BBC microcomputer, but after carrying out some of the tests in the "problems" file supplied, came to the conclusion that there is a fault with the User Port on that computer. I then installed the MMFS system in another BBC microcomputer and everything worked ok. Very impressed with the quantity of software provided and the troubleshooting instructions supplied. Would recommend.
