Sent these guys my PCM off my 2001 superduty 7.3l because it wasn’t grounding my glow plug relay to activate glow plugs. They said it works fine nothing wrong w it works glow plugs on our test engine fine (not true) said pcm works perfect nothing wrong w it. BUT we went ahead and did (preventative maintenance) on it and sent it back. Now it won’t even start my truck I had to buy a new PCM and truck runs perfect. After 30 calls they still refuse to make it right take ur pcm somewhere else trust

Your PCM ran our shop truck before it was shipped back to you. You sent it back to us, the PCM again immediately started our shop truck with no issues and no active codes. The PCM was repaired and works perfectly on our truck. We can't fix a non existent issue.

The ECU from Honda was $1950 with a total bill of $2500 installed. I took it off the car and sent it to them, all the time concerned about the outcome. it arrived UPS Saturday delivery in 10 days. installed it and it started immediately, running normal. You cannot beat the price or the service. It's one of those great services that means nothing until you need them and then they are invaluable.

I suggest that when send your to them for repair use UPS instead of USPS. My item was sent priority shipping arrival 6/26 did arrive to sellers until 7/1. The seller shipped my item out on 7/15 received it on 7/18. Turn around was time was good considering that there was an holiday in between. Customer service was very nice when ever I called to ask a question. I am very satisfied with the repair done to my pcm. Mechanic said when he plugged it up and that the car fired right u idle smooth. 😀
