      Great value for the money.

      I bought this CPU as a replacement for my Toshiba laptop which had a Sempron SI-42. I am an Intel man, but when someone gives you a laptop for free, you take it, regardless of what brand CPU it uses. I spent $25 on this CPU, and it was the best $25 I've spent in a while. Even with this the cheapest of this series of the Turion, there is still a noticeable difference over the Sempron. I use it for playing games and watching Youtube videos. Now while I can't play the newer games on it, I can still enjoy some slightly older games on high settings when I'm not at home, which I could not have done with that single core Sempron. Also, if you're performing a cpu upgrade on your laptop, do your research first. There is an electrical difference between socket s1 and socket s1g1.

      AMD Turion X2 Ultra

      Ultra multitasking,smooth uploading and downloading with quality precision. It is able to browse applications and download music at the same time. There are no glitches or sudden freezes while browsing. Does not over heat and lose its speed. This is an amd ultra not just any common processor.

      I bought this CPU looking to upgrade my Compaq Walmart Notebook from a Sempron to a Turion X2 Ultra, glad I did now it screams !!!
