I bought 2 lift arms of the same size but 1 was 2in too long. Seller 1st said they wouldn t send the correct part until they received the wrong part. I complained and left negative feedback and threatened to drive up there then they apologized and I received the right part in 2 days. It took 7 days originally. They finally made it right but not until I complained. Thus they requested updated feedback. The hitch is good now. Looks like quality part.

Contacted directly and got told I bought last one in stock at $19 and it got lost in shipping or delivered to wrong address. Item now listed for $33.99 and if I want another one I have to pay the increased price. I have to question this. The honorable and RELIABLE thing to do would be to sell me another one at the original price of $19. But nope
