My only complaint is that this unit was missing the rubber strap for bundling the cables. The strap is shown in 2 of the 3 pictures. I was able to take the strap off my old charger and use it on the new one, so it all worked out.

The reason I put 4 stars with "Seller Communication" instead of 5, was because the item name was on the shipping label for some reason, which to me seems like a security risk. Hopefully going forward, that information is removed from the label Aside from that, a great interaction, and I would gladly buy from this seller again!
