The stand arrived quickly and undamaged.
upon unpacking I noticed a 4 degree misalignment from horizontal of the insertion pin to the bike's rear axle. Apparently that is needed to account for flex of the stand to make the bike stand upright when lifted. the stand works fine and is light weight. Item description should indicate that detail.
Nicole's service communication was quick and correct. I did not have to return the product after my initial concern.
