Shipping was a bit hairy bcuz USPS lost the batteries for a couple days, but the seller was quick to respond, they offered to send replacement packs immediately. Fortunately the USPS delivered the items before the replacements shipped. Great customer service, I can't complain. They came quickly in the mail but was not wrapped well only in an envelope with other paper around them but the envelope was ripped. So thankful they got me to and not lost in the mail. I ask the sellers to please wrap the items well because the way the mail is know one never knows when its coming or if it will get here even or without damages.
