BIG PAIN TO RENEW WITHOUT PAYING $85
I have been using Norton 360 and it's variations for 13 years and it's done a great job of protecting me from all sorts of threats. Especially when traveling and using motel internet connections. The only thing I hate about it is renewing/continuing my subscription each year. If I was to use the auto renewal option it costs $85 per year. So I go this route every year, buying a subscription to add to my existing one and saving $60. They hate that and make it extremely hard or impossible to add the new one to the end of the current one. I got to the point where I would get help from a rep by chat or on the phone to extend my subscription. This year even that didn't help!! So I have to wait until the last day of my existing subscription to add the new one to my account without losing the ... IT IS NOT ADDED ON TO THE END YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION!! If you buy the new one a month ahead of time and activate it, you lose that month till the end of your current one! Really ticks me off!!
