What to do if it won't pair
Nice design, FIts. Works at least as well as other Bluetooth keyboards. Initially had a problem getting it to pair with my tablet. It prompts to enter a 6-digit password on the keyboard, but the prompt is replaced with an error message almost before you can type the password. Tried and failed a bunch of times - until I removed the tablet from the case. Then it accepted the password and paired right away. Once it is paired, you can put it back in the case, and will continue to work fine. Don't know why I couldn't find this anywhere on the net. Great function but does not fit my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 - may be my fault in picking it
The unit arrived as advertised. It is nicely built and designed for its use. It connected via Bluetooth with my tablet easily and worked well. The keyboard is small so not the same as a larger keyboard like on my laptop. It is, however, what I wanted for occasional use. The "back rest" is not adjustable but was OK for me at a table. I have not tried to use it in bed or on my lap. BUT - it did not specifically say it was for my exact Samsung tablet, which is very new. I thought it would be, or at least thought it was worth a try. Unfortunately I scratched the (well made and good materials) when opening the package so didn't try to return it. The tablet will fit in the space where the corner tabs on top and the cradle at the bottom but it is too small to touch both so it is not ... The unit arrived as advertised.
