I have not contacted the seller about it because i can source those from where i work at an e-waste facility. Extremely satisfied with this in my homelab. Sata/SAS drives (any 2.5”) all work (In windows 11 as regular drives) in IT mode with 9720-8e lsi card. Fans are loud, its datacenter tech. A+++.
