    A very nice, inexpensive workhorse.

    This my third E6530. My first was supplied by my job and the other two I have used for personal use because it is reliable, sturdy (a little heavy) great size for keyboard and large screen. I also like that it has a CD player. I don't play games on the laptop and only stream netflix, Hulu etc so I can speak to the speed for gaming but I suspect it you want a gaming laptop this may not meet those needs.

    Excellent laptop. More than I bargained for.

    Ordered this and got soo much more than I bargained for (and this worked out really well in my favor). Was promised 8GB of RAM and Nvidia graphics. Instead, I got 16GB of RAM and Intel Ivy Bridge HD 4000 Core graphics. Runs many resource demanding games with little to no lag (including Dolphin emulator and Bloons TD 6 via Steam). In summation, got more than I bargained for, but not complaining as I got one beast of a gaming laptop.

    Dell Latitude E6530

    Adequate laptop computer for most needs. Along with the Dell e6520, e6420 and e6430 these are well constructed and easier to service than most. This contributes to a heavier laptop computer but also one that is not as likely to experience a broken screen or snapped hinges. These computers were used by many schools because they are rugged. Designed by Dell to be a business class laptop. Battery life is not as long as many competitors but an optional (larger) battery is available.

    This laptop is NOT the fastest, nor the lightest nor does it have the longest lasting battery, but when it comes to getting the work done it will do it. This laptop is built to last and last. A Great machine.
