    Only used once, a 4x4 floral design, not the "Brother" quality I'm use to seeing from my machine. The 18 minute design took approximately 1.5 hours due to stop/start process for cutting lines overlap. A daunting task to say the least and stragglers still being cut out even during hand embellishments. I may utilize other designs on the USB but only if I can't locate what I need from another program. This is a non-returnable product (via seller).

    Sorry that you had a problem with 1 of the 23,301 designs in this set. I have sold over 1000 of these since 2014. Checking my feedback, I find 1 Negative related to opening the PC USB in a Pfaff machine (it won't) and 1 Neutral related to opening the color files in the set (only stitch files can be opened). All of the other feedback comments were Positive, and many noted the excellent quality of the designs. You seem to be the only one who has had a problem with this set in 10 years. Strange.
