I purchased the first from a different vendor. The price between the two vendors is basically the same. My experience with this drive is that it comes formatted with FAT32 (rather uncommon for large drives) and writes between 65-120 Mb/s (nice and fast for .mp4 movies for my smart TV). This drive is large enough for the nearly 200 movies in my library.
