Was supposed to be “new with tags”. No tags, no wrapping, just thrown in a box. I asked the seller about it and they offered to send me a tag. Really? There was nothing to prove it was Susan Shaw, no stamping, no card, nothing. The earwires were also damaged with chunks of gold chipped away on them. Definitely not new! No response from seller when I asked for return information and no response when I asked where my refund was after the item was returned. Never again.
