Works OK. With the trimmer turned all the way up, the speaker is just barely loud enough. And, for my application, the "auto-mute" feature for the speaker was problematic. I would have to talk very loud and without pauses or the speaker would mute mid sentence, multiple times. I found a way to disable the "auto mute" (by pulling up the voltage of one of the legs of the OP-AMP thru a 4.7 Megohm resistor) and now it works much better. The microphone works as-is with no modifications necessary.
