I had the worst experience with this seller. This seller is very rude. My necklace was damaged when I received the package. She blamed the USPS shipping carrier but she should have packaged it better. I had to take it to my jeweler to have the broken piece repaired. The seller said she would not refund the repair cost unless she receives the money from the USPS insurance claim. She never apologized to me once and acted like I was bothering her for asking my repair cost. What a terrible seller!

I had the worse experience with this buyer. The package arrived damaged. She insisted that it was my fault. She claimed that the item was not well packaged. She was supposed to take the packaging to the post office for them to determine whether the item was well packaged or not. She refused to do that. She would not cooperate in order for me to put in an insurance claim. I had nothing to apologize for since I didn't do anything improper. This buyer was very difficult to deal with.

Honestly, I'm happy w/ the item however: It was listed under free shipping originally and the seller contacted me after I purchased it to say she made a mistake and it was $30 for shipping. She cancelled the order, then relisted and I bought again. It arrived on Tues 6/6, not Sat 6/3. Est del quoted was not 12th or 6th. It has 5 lights, I could have seen in the orig list pic, but the descrip states 6. I bought lites base on the descript, it's fine. harmless probs for me, but shouldn't happen.
