    Unfortunately, this seller is a scam. I ordered an item that UPS says they tried to deliver, however, this is a business and we were open the whole day the package was attempted to be delivered. When I attempted to track the package, UPS referred me to talk to AMAZON. I have no reference number to contact AMAZON with, so apparently this seller does an amazon drop ship scam. The seller then contacted UPS as the receiver and scheduled a "pick up" but of course, I have no idea where that might be

    I hate leaving negative feedback but I am forced to in this instance. Let me start by stating that the seller did refund my money. However that doesn’t make up for not providing a tracking number and only contacting me to claim my item was lost in the mail after I contacted them first to inquire about a tracking number for the item. Also, I still don’t have the item. I hope that in the future, this seller will improve on their communication and provide tracking numbers for their shipments.
