    Great Product Make sure you check your Socket Type

    This is a great product just make sure you have the right socket number of your motherboard or else this processor will not work for your computer there are socket am2, am2+ also alot of different ones like socket 939 make sure you have the right one.

    Decent value for price

    I used this cpu to upgrade my HP Compaq Presario sr5605f single core stock processor. It is one of the compatible processors to the stock board that came in this machine. Main reason for this purchase was to breath new life to this old machine until I can buy a new machine. The processor functioned perfectly and indeed has given new life compared to the stock AMD Athlon LE-1640 that came stock. It performs slightly better than stock cpu so am happy.

    good for the money

    I was about to trash my Compaq computer with single core amd 3800+ ,but found out motherboard supports dual core up to 4800+ dual core ,bought it ,install it and this made a huge difference - also upgraded ram from 512 to 2gb - its a must
