    Enjoying my Fitbit Sense!

    I really like the fit, it is like not wearing anything. Great design, big screen and I can read the time without my glasses on. It is really sleek and nice looking also. Added features and feedback info are a nice upgrade from my older model too. The charger snaps into place without any issues, unlike the older model I had that I had to fidget with to get a good charging connection. Really happy with it!

    Don't buy it if you're tracking heart rate

    I purchased the Sense as an upgrade from my original Versa because I was intrigued by all of the extra features and sensors. However, it never tracked my heart rate accurately during exercise. The watch is useless if you're focusing on heart rate/active zone minutes. Please read reviews about this issue... you'll see that this is a widespread problem and fitbit refuses to address it.

    Meant for elderly person

    I bought this fitbit for my elderly mother so I'm hoping it's easy for her to use. I tried to set it up to make it simple for her, but I'm sure she won't be able to utilize half the features of this device.

    I REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT. IT TAKES A BIT TO GET IT UP AND GOING IF YOU ARE NOT COMPUTER LITERATE. IT WAS ADVERTIZED AS NEW. I NEVER STOPPED TO CONSIDER WARRANTY ISSUES. SO FAR, SO GOOD, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD PAY THIS MUCH FOR AN UN-WARRANTED NEW PRODUCT.

    Excellent fitness smart watch!

    I love the newer heart rate monitor. I had the Fitbit Charge 3 before this model. The ECG feature is pretty cool too. I have small wrists and worried it would look too big or be uncomfortable to wear but it looks good and it's lightweight. It charges fully in 1/2 hour. I have to charge every other day with the always on display. I chose it over the apple watch because the health tracking is the same and the cost was less. You don't have all the cool apple watch apps but I wouldn't use them anyway so it's not an issue. The apps I always use for health and fitness sync with fitbit so it fully meets my needs.
