Jordan and team were a pleasure to deal with and delivered a high-value bundle. We communicated throughout the process to combine the various parts of a complicated roof rack system based on my needs/specs. When I forgot a key component (the 'fit kit' that Thule systems require for an incremental cost), Jordan reached out proactively to make it part of a package.
