Seller prioritized my order and shipped it out ASAP, and he responded to all of my messages from questions to comments very promptly. My order came fast, but because of a simple mix up in his system of labeling his rocks, he sent me a wrong piece (pic 4) and when I talked to him about it he was very cordial and very helpful, and on top of that he even let me keep the piece he sent accidentally and also sent a bonus rock (pic 3) with my original rock I purchased to show he was sorry.
