    Great Workout for Beginners! Hard, but not overwhelming!

    Love Love Love this workout. I've done it about 4 times now in the past week, and it's awesome. I am an overweight beginner, and this is a fantastic workout for beginners. It's got 6 circuits, and you can do a few or all of them, depending on time and effort. I do all 6 circuits in a row, and it feels great. I am super sweaty and tired by the end, but it really feels like it works. Not overwhelming at all. Recommended for beginners!!

    awesome product. shipping was very fast.

    bought it for convenient exercise. simple and easy to use. this was better than other videos of this kind that i've owned in the past.

    Great item

    Great product!!! Its so great to just be able to get out of bed and do this fun workout and not have to pay to go to a gym. Doing this workout i have lost 10 pounds and im still going strong. Strongly recommend this dvd!!
