While they were very clear in their description of when and how items were marked shipped and lede times, etc. However by the time my 2 weeks was over in their described “busiest time of year” they didn’t even have the product. While they did communicate it wasn’t until they were suppose to ship, leaving not a lot of time to replace. Don’t list something you don’t have, and then think a small discount fixes the issue because I will not be using them in the future so the discount is pointless.
