Despite writing to the seller before I bought this watch, when it arrived it was not as described. I asked for a refund and he offered 20% of the value. He then agreed to a full return but cancelled the return. I now have a watch I did not want and am down £500. Am waiting for him to reply to my messages and offer me a refund.
