This product is mis-labeled, to a degree...it isn't really a complete Blum hinge, it's an insert to replace the part of the hinge assembly that holds the spring (band-steel type). I bought these inserts as replacements for old Blum hinges. They were 19 years old, and the springs had worn out and started breaking. Since there are two of these per door, I didn't buy new ones when only one spring snapped...I just lived with a "lazy door". Eve when both springs broke on a door, I'd just switch a hinge with one from a door with two good ones. However, I finally had so many broken hinges that I could no longer swap and cannibalize -- rats! So I broke down and bought several new hinge inserts. These replacements appear to be the same high quality as the originals. They're easy to install, ... Great replacement hinges
This was a perfect replacement for existing hinges on cabinet doors. Very easy installation. Not for use as an original hinge as it does not have the part that attaches to cabinet frame. Service from Rok Hardware was excellent.

Hinges work well, just not exact replacements
These are good hinges and work well. The only exception is that the screw hole wings on the left and right are on the outer edge (bottom) of the hinge, where older versions, like those I was replacing, are on the inner (top) of the hinge. I therefore had to redrill all the screw holes when replacing 12 of them.

Quality hinges at a fair price!

New hinges much less expensive and convenient than new doors/new cabinets.
Was exact replacement for original Blum hinges installed 31 years ago. The mounting screws supplied are slightly longer than original ones I had to use two of the new screws and the extra length wasn't a problem. Buyers should note that the stationary part of the hinge mounted on the edge of cabinet is not supplied.
