The seller is friendly, responsive, and shipped the item quickly. However, the item description isn't entirely accurate. While these switches would be fine in a keyboard, and technically they work in a Guitar Hero guitar, I do not recommend them for "Guitar Hero mods". There is significantly more pre-travel in these than the OEM switches (twice as much), and the switches actuate too far before the click. This leaves slack in the strum bar and causes accidental strums without tactile feedback.

The shipping was extremely fast, I ordered on Friday and it got to me by Monday. The price was amazing for a pack of 10, and the seller was very quick to respond to a question I had. All 10 came in great condition with very clicky buttons and no problems with the pins
