    The Book To Better Grilling and BBQ

    This is an amazing cook book and one of the best BBQ?Grilling books that I have ever read. I bought my grandson a leather bound new one for $105.00 and bought mine for $5.00 on EBay, used and in like new condition. Highly recommend this book if you love to grill. and also recommend EBay, especially by doing careful searches.

    Excellent Book!!! For beginers to experts!!!

    I originally watched his show on tv and said I had to have the book, I thought it would just be a ton of recipes, well there is a ton of recipes but there is also tips and suggestions, tells you how to choose a BBQ what each BBQ is best for etc, how to cook meat, what is best for what....one thing i learned from this book, is if you let the meat sit for awhile after cooking it brings the juices to the middle....who knew? LOL....and then of course the very yummy recipes for all sort of appetites!! This is a really great book for beginners to experts and I recommend to anyone and everyone!!

    Extensive.

    If you've never BBQ'd before or even if you BBQ once a month like myself, this book is going to give you alot of information. The first section is a BBQ 101 chapter, but after that there are sections on appetizers, salads, grilling bread, beef, pork, lamb, burgers, chicken, fish, seafood, veggies, sauces, rubs, dessert, etc. There is alot of stuff here. I know there's a 2008 edition but if you need more advice or recipes that are in this book (the 1998 edition) then you probably wouldn't be reading this review. I bought it for $5 and I've seen the latest edition for triple that amount, not including shipping. There is one reason why I didn't give this book an excellent. Don't let the colorful cover fool you, there are no pictures, much less colored pictures of what the foods or ...

    This is an excellent book. It is loaded with different methods of B-B-Qing, sauces, and smoking methods that are very easy to follow. It is a great value for all that information at your fingertips. If you love to cook outdoors, B-B-Q and smoke all types of meat from pork, chicken, beef, lamb, and turkey than this is the must-have book.
