Took this old veteran a minute or two to figure out how to pop the old one out and pop the new one in, but it started on the first pull. Couldn't figure out what the extra part (ring) was for but I guess I didn't need it. Very pleased!

(Very Confused) They also said it would be another 3- days before they would try again.
