I referred to the original listing and note that it states 12 PACK-Trimmer Spools/Caps/Springs. I can only assume the 12 pack refers to 9 spools and 3 caps. (I'm glad the springs were counted as 3 additional items). To eliminate any confusion I would suggest the listing should clearly state the number of spools included in the order.
