Item, once received, was as described. Postal Service tracking # was assigned; took seller a week to get item into USPS possession...confusing. Then it circulated Wisconsin with no status until it shows up a week later in Denver. USPS then messed up & sent to same town, wrong state. I personally called that postmaster/location once I saw the error; he very professionally re-forwarded to our correct state/address shown on package. The seller was NOT vigilant of USPS status; I had to do everything
