    Inexpensive repair for HP Slimline

    A 250w power supply was delivered instead of the 235w ordered. It is about half the size of the original HP PS. It fits easily into the Slimline case with room for the extra cables to fit behind the end of the PS. Needed to use a sata adapter to make it work in the application. The power supply is louder than the original HP PS. Overall a good value to restore the HP to working order.

    Poor performance

    I bought this power supply hoping that it would give me better power to HP Slimeline desktop. I recently upgraded and added a new video card and wanted more power for my setup. This power supply failed to meet my needs because it was randomly shutting my PC down. This actually performed worse than the OEM power supply. The OEM never shutdown my PC so I'm sticking with it. I returned this power supply and paid for the shipping fee. Very Disappointed on the advertised power and I am not a happy camper.

    Does the job

    Power supply was used to replace a burned out unit in an HP sf3700. Replacement is about half as long as the original. Which is good because there is twice as much cabling! But there is plenty of space to tuck it away. The only downside I found to this replacement is that when the fan kicks on, which is pretty quickly, it is a lot louder than the original unit. Probably the same amount of sound as an old-school full size PC mini-tower power supply. That said, it does the job, and is a cheap replacement.

    Great value for the money

    I am well pleased with this purchase. This power supply unit is shorter than the original and has much more wattage. It runs very quiet and the extra room in my USFF case is great to have for storing the wires. It is definitely a great value for the money and I found it on Ebay.

    Perfect Replacement

    Smaller then the original but also stronger. Installation was quite easy. No need to disassemble the entire machine in the future if you ever have to replace it as the smaller form factor does not require it. If your looking for a mini ata power supply then look no further then this one..
