The phone arrived a couple of days before the given date so it was already off to a good start. The phone itself works. All of the apps were in working order and the pictures I took were great. The phone didn't have any scratches on the screen or back. There was only some minimal wear in the earphone jack and charger port. The battery isn't exactly the best but I had an iPhone so it wasn't too bad. My only problem is that it won't download any images that someone sends me or even the ones i send. It also doesn't seem to get internet when I'm not using WiFi. I just need to take it to my service provider and hopefully it'll clear up the problem. Was amazing when I got it.
Fast, smoothe phone with great back camera(front one was busted). Battery didn't last if you used the phone constantly, but was great if used just for calling. The biggest downside was the overheating issue. The damn phone got hot just by having it on for one full minute. Worst part is, once the phone got hot the screen started going to sh!t, too. It would read your touch at random parts of the phone, wouldn't register multi touch, little lines or purple pixels would pop up, some permanently, others only until the screen cooled. One of my key criteria for selecting this phone was the promise of a goid camera and I have not been disappointed! My friends even noticed what great pics it takes. The size is perfect for me, the keyboard is easy to use, and the setup and sync was flawless. I really like all the features; there are enough without them being overwhelming. I love that it has 32g storage, and I really like the contact list format. This affordable LG G4 is a great phone. It has an excellent large display with vivid colors. Camera takes beautiful hi resolution images with vivid color and detail. Low light shots could be better but overall quality of photos is close to high quality camera images with full day light. Battery could be a bit better but its actually not bad. I get about 10-12 hours of streaming music before a recharge is required. Full recharge is about 45 min give or take. I am currently still running Android 5.1 and am a bit concerned upgrading to 6.0 because of all the issues people are having. This is my second LG G4 and not because the phone is bad, it's because I upgraded to 6.0 and it basically bricked my phone. I trade often for different cell phones. This has been my best trade ever. With it's Marshmallow operating system for android, it is far above its predecessors. For itss primary function as a phone, there are no drops, which is great since I live on a fringe area of Sprint. The Bluetooth linked very easily with my truck, as both a phone and as an audio book reader. I can also do the expected internet tasks very quickly thanks to its' processor.
