They sent the wrong size and the leather stitching did not match from left foot to right foot.
I returned the item for a replacement and they said it was shipped and then they cancelled the replacement.
I had a trip planned for this item and the overall experience was very disappointing!

The product was received ahead of schedule. I luv the bag but it came with some pieces broken on the inside of the bag. The hard plastic that keeps it in shape. I'm sure it happened during transport. I put what peices I could back in place and put heavy clear tape over it. I'm sure it will work just fine. But bag is of good quality.
