This item was new but open box but was supposed to include all of the original items. It was a set of drawer slides and the pictures showed that it included the 12 mounting screws. The mounting screws were not included when the package arrived so I contacted the seller to give a chance for the seller to make it right and send the screws. The seller would not send the screws that were supposed to be included. I do not recommend this seller.
