    Rich, cocoa-buttery taste in crunchy form! Goes well with everything I've tried. Alone has a slightly bitter after-taste, but never bitter eaten with other foods. My oatmeal is now gourmet.

    Serious Eats!

    Cacao nibs have a nutty chocolaty taste, but they're not quite as sweet as chocolate. Cacao is an incredible health food in its natural state, filled with energy-boosting nutrients. Loaded with minerals such as magnesium, iron and antioxidants. I add these to my brain health smoothie or just eat them by the hand full! What more could you ask for besides a happy healthy treat?

    Fresh Raw beans taste silky with balanced pleasant chocolate taste. Nibs were not bitter for my taste nor when compared to other brands. -1 star as I have to sift thru the nibs to find shells and small debris. I would recommend these to my friends for quality and value. thanks
